1. Payments & Delivery

Please read the following terms carefully. These guidelines govern all orders placed with Ginger Rage and form the basis for smooth, transparent transactions.

Payment Terms:

1. Advance Payment:
   A 50% advance is required to initiate fabrication and production.

2. Final Payment:
   The remaining 50% balance must be cleared before dispatch from the factory. A video inspection of the product will be provided before this final payment.

3. Traded Items:
   For any traded (non-fabricated) items, 100% payment is required prior to dispatch, also following a video inspection at the factory.

Delivery & Freight:

4. Unloading Responsibility:
   The client is responsible for unloading the materials upon delivery.

5. Freight Charges:
   Freight will be charged extra as per actuals and falls under the client’s scope.

All equipment fabricated by Ginger Rage adheres to high-grade industry standards and premium material specifications.

Worktop Construction:

• Top Surface: SS 304 Grade, 16 SWG

• Support Frame: Heavy-duty SS angle frame, coated with rust-proof paint

• Legs: 40mm square SS pipe (16 SWG) with durable nylon feet

Aesthetic & Structure:

• Side Panels: SS 304 Grade, 20 SWG with Premium Laser-Cut Design

• Undershelves: SS 202 Grade in 18 SWG or 20 SWG, based on unit size

Sink Units:

• Depth: 10 inches

• Material: SS 304

• Fittings: Integrated sink waste outlet

All refrigeration systems are crafted for long-term durability, hygiene, and energy efficiency.
